Donald Trump’s website sells “disgusting” new item that violates US constitution

Donald Trump has once again found himself at the center of controversy, this time by hinting at an unprecedented third run for the presidency in 2028, directly challenging the constitutional limits on presidential terms.

Speculation has intensified following suggestions from Trump and his supporters that he could attempt to seek office again after his current term concludes. The 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution explicitly states that no individual can be elected president more than twice, effectively limiting a president to a maximum of two terms.

Despite this clear constitutional boundary, Trump’s allies, such as U.S. Representative Andy Ogles, have proposed interpretations that might offer a loophole. Ogles recently suggested an alternative reading of the amendment, implying that since Trump’s terms were not consecutive, he might be eligible to run for a third term. He argued, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms.”
